Workroom Message
On the same page, you can locate an option called ‘Messages’. Through it, you can initiate a chat with the customer that for this specific project. Just click on ‘Messages’ to get started. FST have live messaging features, so you can communicate with the customer in real-time. You can reply to a text, delete a message, and edit a message by tapping on the text.
