Just beside Proposals, you can navigate “offers’ When you click on it, a list of all the offers you have received so far from customers will open.

You can check the job type, bid amount, and date of the offer.
On the right side, you can locate two different options: View & Workroom.
If you click on the view, a particular offer will open in detail. Upon clicking on the Workroom button, you will be redirected to the virtual workroom of that particular offer.
