Welcome to our Field Service Technicians platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and provide information about our services. By creating an account on our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our platform.
2. Registration and Account
To use our platform, both technicians and customers are required to register and create an account. During registration, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, contact information, and, for technicians, details about your skills and experience. You agree to provide accurate and current information, and to update this information if it changes. We reserve the right to review all profiles and to approve or disapprove any profile based on our internal criteria. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or policies.

4. Service Requests and Bidding
Customers may post service requests on our platform. These requests should include a description of the work needed and a proposed budget. Registered technicians can review these requests and submit bids to perform the work. Customers can review all bids and select the technician that best suits their needs and budget. Before posting a work request, customers must fund their account with an amount sufficient to cover the proposed budget for the work.
5. Work Acceptance and Completion
When a customer awards work to a technician, the technician has the right to accept or reject the work. If the technician accepts the work, they agree to complete the work in a professional and timely manner. Upon completion of the work, the technician will submit a timesheet detailing the work performed. The customer will review this timesheet and either approve or disapprove it. If the customer approves the timesheet, the agreed-upon funds will be released from escrow to the technician.
We charge a service fee of 30% for each work paid by the customer to the technician. This fee is deducted from the payment before it is released to the technician. In addition, a transaction fee will be applied each time a customer uses their credit card to fund their account. This fee covers the cost of processing the transaction.
7. Dispute Resolution
We strive to provide a fair and transparent platform for both customers and technicians. If a dispute arises between a customer and a technician, we will attempt to facilitate resolution of the dispute. However, we do not guarantee any resolution and are not liable for any disputes between users. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably and professionally.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will always be available or that it will function without errors or disruptions. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our platform or any services or goods obtained through our platform.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post any changes on this page and may also notify you via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our platform after we post any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
